OCR/Full Text Conversion

We provide Optical Character Recognition (OCR) of selected documents and Full Text Conversion as needed. The OCR text of the complete document can then be searched for key words or phrases. OCR is an effective supplement to a bibliographically coded database. It enables the reviewer to narrow searches to key words and phrases indicating specific issues.
