Rick Mason

President and Director of Legal & Business Processes

Rick also worked as a litigation support manager for a Los Angeles law firm. In this role, he served as the primary advisor to the firm regarding the use of imaging and coding vendors during discovery.

From 2001 to 2003, Rick worked in Manila as the project manager for Uniscribe, Inc., overseeing numerous coding projects for major law firms all over the United States. In his two years in Manila for Uniscribe, Rick oversaw the coding of 30 million pages.

Drawing on his wealth of experience, Rick created CDS in 2003, an American company with an offshore data processing facility engaged in legal and non-legal data management projects.

Before commencing his litigation support career, Rick studied history and political science at the University of the Philippines. And he learned to speak Tagalog, the national language of the Philippines.

Bryan Bergstrom

Vice President - Sales and Marketing

Bryan has served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for CDS since the company was founded.

Bryan has over 20+ years of experience in technology, sales, marketing and operations within the content management industry. Before joining CDS, Bryan had success at Westinghouse Digital Electronics as the Sales & Business Operations Manager. He helped grow the company from $250 Million in revenues, to $900+ Million within a 4 year period. He was responsible for inside sales, order processing, logistics and the implementation of SAP.

Previously, he was responsible for developing a new East Coast sales team for FileNET's new Enterprise Content Management software solution. At Infonautics, he was responsible for sales, business operations and implementation for such innovations as the Electronic Printing Press to companies like Business-Week, Atlanta Journal Constitution, and the London Financial Times, and the development and sales for Intellibank intranet-based knowledge management / content management system to companies like HP, AON and Advocast. While at Bell & Howell, he was responsible for software sales to Fidelity and Vanguard.

Bryan started his career as a programmer, writing applications for Pharmacies at MAI Basic Four.

SD "Coop" Cooper

Vice President - Real Property Services

Coop has over 10 years of high-level legal experience in the vast arena known as real property. He has been involved with projects as large as the $1 Billion expansion of the international terminal at JFK International Airport in New York, NY, and as small as the refinance of a single-family home. His career has focused on transactional matters related to the acquisition, development, leasing, management, and disposal of real property, as well as corporate law. Coop earned his JD and an LLM in Real Property Development from the University of Miami in Coral Gables, Florida, and remains a die-hard Hurricanes supporter.

Coop relocated to Asia in the spring of 2009, residing in Seoul, South Korea, before eventually making his way to Manila, Philippines, and to CDS. Previously, Coop resided for a year in London, familiarizing himself with the London legal community and property services needs.

As the head of the Real Property Services division, Coop draws on his wealth of experience, both domestically and internationally, to provide vision and direction for growth of the RPS division, while ensuring quality and efficient service for the clients of CDS.

Ronald Sampang Calma

Vice President - Software Development

Ronald leads CDS's software development department, creating applications for use in the business process and litigation support industries as well as CDS's internal systems.

Ronald has 15 years of IT experience as a program department manager, designer and hands on programmer. He is highly proficient in Business Processes Technology Development, Systems Analysis, Systems Documentation, Development of Functional Specifications, Project Development and User Training.

For the litigation support industry, Ronald and his team have developed a variety of tools to assist paralegals, litigation support staff and attorneys in their document discovery, review, production, and trial preparation work.

In the business process industry, Ronald has developed numerous applications for paper and image based Data Entry, Image Processing and Data Conversion. He has led programming teams tasked to develop and maintain document management systems to support the digitization and indexing of documents, accounting records, Litigation Databases, VB, SQL, Unix.

Antonio dela Cruz

Chief Administrative Officer

Tony dela Cruz brings fourteen years experience in business administration to Condor. Having successfully managed a variety of manufacturing companies, he is intimately familiar with the intricacies of operations, human resources, marketing, sales, and customer satisfaction. With his wealth of knowledge and experience, he oversees the general business operations of Condor.

Cherry Deleña Barnuevo

Operations Manager

Cherry started her career as an online proofreader / editor at Innodata Phils., Inc. From 1996 to 2000, she worked at Quorum Lanier Philippines as a litigation document analyst.

From 2000 to 2005, she moved into the legal deposition transcription field as an editor. Cherry came to CDS in 2005, as an audio transcriber for a variety of business entities.

In the past five years at Condor, she has moved up through the ranks in the company as Document Management Supervisor for Litigation Coding and Data Entry projects, Assistant Operations Manager, and Operations Manager.

As our Operations Manager she is responsible for managing CDS's supervisors and staff on three shifts.

She has a solid understanding of personnel management and leadership principles. With her broad experience in information management projects, she is the bridge between the people and the tools that make for a successful team.

Eleazar Tuaño Macapagal

Information Technology Manager

Eleazar has been CDS's Information Technology Manager since 2006.

He is a full-functioning technician, managing the complete range of microcomputer, network, and mainframe operation support activities. He keeps the CDS network up and running.
